If I had to use one word to sum up the music and public persona of pop singer Katy Perry it would be “fun.” Keeping in line with that three-letter summation, Katy unveiled the poster for her upcoming movie Part of Me in 13 different pieces available on 13 different web sites – each with an additional tidbit of KP trivia to boot.
Now that the scavenger hunt is over, Katy has released the fully assembled final product (above) that shows Katy singing into a hairbrush with her reflection in the mirror being the actual superstar she has become – complete with blue hair, confetti and an actual, real microphone. The image does a wonderful job of summing up the dreams of millions of would-be pop stars, with the promise that anything is possible. (Well, except perhaps a lasting relationship with Russell Brand.)
Katy Perry: Part of Me will be released in theaters July 5. The 3D film is a behind-the-scenes look at the “fun, glamourous, heartbreaking, inspiring, crazy, magical, passionate and honest mad diary of Katy.”
