A Florida man faces domestic battery charges after he was arrested for allegedly assaulting his brother with marijuana plants from their yard.
This sibling silliness was said to have transpired Saturday evening in Lakeland, Florida after brothers Rodney Brown (31) and Jackie Brown (33) got into a verbal altercation at the residence they share.
Jackie told police that Rodney pulled up a number of cannabis plants from the yard and used them as a weapon to strike him across the face.
Cops discovered 10 marijuana plants outside and drug paraphernalia inside the domicile after Rodney allowed them to search the premises.
According to the AP, Rodney Brown was arrested and charged with domestic battery, cultivation of marijuana and possession of marijuana over 20 grams. Rodney was booked and has since posted bail.
