Family source says Bobbi Kristina’s death ‘is now a matter of when’
The Houston and Brown families are reportedly planning to say their goodbyes to Bobbi Kristina Brown as doctors have advised them there is little they can do to improve the 21 year old’s condition.
“It’s now a matter of when the family wants to let go and accept that she’s pretty much not going to make it,” a source close to the families told Fox411 today. “They’ve left it up to the family as to how long they want to keep her alive.”
Bobbi Kristina’s situation has seemed dire ever since she was discovered unresponsive in her bathtub on Saturday after going for an unknown amount of time without oxygen. During a brain stimulation test on Monday morning, she showed “minimal response” and was later said to have fluttered her eyes — which reportedly postponed the family’s conversations about taking her off life support. However, sources say she began experiencing seizures that same day.
For now, Fox411 reports that dad Bobby Brown “is remaining hopeful and rallying others to stay uplifted.” A family member added to People, “Bobby has told us, ‘If American thinks she is dead, they will stop praying.’ And at this point, we want people to pray for a miracle.”
