EggGate: Will Justin Bieber be deported and what’s on his confiscated cell?
Time to catch up with the latest hard-boiled speculations and information from EggGate.
Could Justin Bieber end up being deported back to Canada?
Jeffrey Schwartz, the neighbor who was on the bad side of Justin Bieber’s egg tossing resulting in an estimated $20,000 in damage, is pushing hard for a felony vandalism charge. J.B. is living in the U.S. of A. on a work visa, so if he’s convicted he could possibly face getting deported back to his native Canada.
A law enforcement source told Radar, “If Justin is charged with felony vandalism and convicted, it’s very likely his work visa, allowing him to live in the United States, would be revoked. It could be categorized as a crime of moral turpitude under United States immigration law.”
Their sources indicated that Mr. Schwartz not only wants Bieber out of his Calabasas neighborhood, but of his country for good measure. An insider emphasized the seriousness of the situation if Justin is charged, “Be assured that the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office will immediately get in touch with immigration officials to let them know Justin has been charged with a felony. This is a very serious situation.”
What kind of stuff will be found on Bieber’s confiscated cell?
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that when the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office raided Fort Biebs, they confiscated his cell – taking the device right out of his hands. The police are interested in texts that could link Bieber to the egging incident but that’s not necessarily what the pop star is concerned about them finding.
Sources stated that the “Right Here” singer is worried about drug references and discussions. If you missed it, his buddy Lil Za was arrested for drug possession during the raid. Justin couldn’t be charged for anything found on the phone because there’s no physical evidence but he’s still afraid that the info might get leaked. In addition, he also fears the same in regards to naked photos of himself.
