Charlie Sheen is clearly not over his partying ways. Last night he went on quite a bender that ended up with him in his underwear throwing chairs and destroying a chandelier at the midtown New York Plaza hotel.
The New York Post reports that Sheen flew into a rage when he returned to his room with a lady friend (presumably after a few rounds of drinks), and discovered his wallet and keys were no longer in his possession.
Security was called to his room at at 2:00 a.m. because of the ruckus, and he voluntarily checked himself into the hospital at 2:30 a.m. Policed described Charlie as “intoxicated, irrational” and “emotionally disturbed.”
Sheen was in New York to see his ex-wife Denise Richards and their children, but Radar Online reports that he was with a hooker last night when he had his intoxicated meltdown. The prostitute reportedly told people that Sheen wasn’t just drunk, he was also on cocaine last night when he flipped out.
Sheen as arrested Christmas of 2009 for assaulting his wife Brooke Mueller while intoxicated. They’ve both since sought substance abuse treatment at rehab. Charlie had been out of rehab for two months.
