PHOTOS Blake Lively films backyard BBQ in Ben Affleck’s ‘The Town’

Blake Lively may play a privileged princess on Gossip Girl, but she can also pull off white trash queen. I mean that in a good way. She’s currently shooting a film directed by Ben Affleck called The Town, where she plays Affleck’s ex-girlfriend and mother of his child.

The film is based on Chuck Hogan’s novel Prince of Thieves, and Affleck plays a Boston criminal who gets charmed by a bank manager. There are rumors that Chris Cooper may also be coming onto the project playing Affleck’s dad.
