PHOTOS Beyonce photobombs teen girl’s selfie during Melbourne concert

Talk about a Bey-Once in a lifetime experience! An Australian teen named Valentina is now the official “World’s Most Amazing Selfie” title holder after taking the above photo of herself during the Beyonce concert at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne Park on Friday. You may recognize the angel on her shoulder as none other than Beyonce herself, who leaned in (with microphone in hand) for an epic selfie photobomb!

Valentina posted a cropped version of the photo on her Tumblr blog with the rather nonchalant caption, “So um Beyonce posed for my selfie.”

She also posted a couple more selfies from the Beyonce show, which I’m guessing took place before the one above, on Facebook and wrote, “chillin with my girl B.”

Valentina later revealed more details about what happened — at least what she could remember — after being asked about the photo on Tumblr:

honolulu-child: are you the girl who was at the Melbourne show and Beyoncé wanted you to sing but then you wanted a selfie so she said ‘oh you want to take a picture’ so then she posed? omg

Valentina: i dont even know it was such a blur i just remember her bending down to me and my friend and i just turned for the photo and wowoowow it was the best moment ever like she posed its crazy i wasnt even expecting her to look at my phone or notice me in the crowd

Beyonce later posted the photo on her official Facebook page with the one-word caption, “Photobomb:”

Tumblr users were quick to let the astonished Valentina know about the Facebook post:

Tumblr commenters have also kept Valentina abreast of other references to the photo in numerous worldwide media outlets including MTV News, E! Online and the Daily Mail. Here’s an example:
