Is Kim Zolciak’s ex Big Poppa in foreclosure, broke?

Kim Zolciak’s former sugar daddy, believed by everyone to be Lee Najjar, may not have much sugar left in his bowl.

His Buckhead mansion (which was featured on MTV Cribs, and as Bill Murray’s house in Zombieland) is on the market for $25 million, which could mean many things (like he’s finally splitting from his wife), but the fact that his Union Station mall in Union City, GA was shut down a couple months ago because he couldn’t pay the light bill suggests that he’s no longer bathing (himself or his mistresses) in cash.

On the next episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta, Phaedra claims that Big Poppa personally is in foreclosure, but there doesn’t seem to be any documentation that Lee Najjar is losing his home to the bank.

Kim has already moved far beyond Big Poppa regardless of his financial situation. She took a quick dip in the lady pond with DJ Tracy Young, and is now pregnant with football player Kroy Biermann’s baby.

UPDATE 1/4/11 – The mall, which is down to two tenants: Sears and Macy’s, was scheduled for a foreclosure auction today. It has been under a receivership since February 2010. In a statement, the Sears store said they will continue to operate as normal.

The original debt note on the 764,000 sq. ft. mall was $15.8 million. It underwent a name-change and renovation in 2006.
