NBC News is reporting that at least 20 people have died following the sound of loud bangs at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England.
Greater Manchester Police have confirmed that there are a “number of confirmed fatalities and injuries”

This video, allegedly taken from a parking lot near the arena, is widely being circulated as the sound of an explosion that occurred. This has not been verified:
