Juicy Guiseppe ‘Joe’ Guidice was out livin’ it up with his wife Teresa, some of the NJ Housewife cast members, and Tamra Barney before he smashed his car into a telephone poll early Thursday morning (January 14). He was taken to Morristown Memorial Hospital for medical treatment and they found his blood alcohol to be above the legal limit. Guidice was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, careless driving, and failure to maintain a traffic lane. While he was being booked, the cops found arrest warrants on his record for city ordinance violations in Clifton, NJ, so he was shipped over there.

Guidice got out at 6:20 a.m. Thursday morning on $2,625 bail, and returned to his Towaca, NJ palace to lick his wounds and probably call his lawyer.
