Robin Thicke is now dating someone younger than his controversial VMA dance partner, Miley Cyrus… According to TMZ the Blurred Lines singer is shacking up with April Love Geary, a 19-year-old model. That means 37-year-old Robin is nearly two times the age of his new girlfriend!
April may have caught Robin’s attention when she was profiled by Sports Illustrated in June as part of their open casting for the new swimsuit edition. The Huntington Beach native said she’s been modeling for more than seven years and has worked with Tom Ford Fragrance and “probably all of your online shopping websites.” She also described herself as a “huge nerd who likes to wear bikinis and play Mario Kart” and said she would love to have a kissing scene with Zac Efron, even though she was “in a relationship” at the time of the interview.
It looks like she and Robin have since gotten pretty cozy — as she’s posted multiple pictures from inside his home (including one in his bed) and was photographed out with him and his young son. Still, she played it pretty coy in a new video…
“I don’t date famous people,” she said when asked about the difference between dating celebrities and normal people. (Burn?) “Everyone’s normal. I wouldn’t consider famous and non-famous. They’re all just real people.”
