It’s that time of year when scantily clad women transition from swimwear to lingerie – from the beach to the boudoir – from Sports Illustrated to Victoria’s Secret. And since we are the CNN of scantily clad women, I proudly present our in-depth coverage of the latest lack of coverage: The 2009 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show! The event was held at the Armory in New York City on November 19, 2009 and featured a performance by Fergie and the Black-Eyed Peas:
Don’t worry – this post has more than just a poor quality video shot by an audience member and uploaded to youtube! We gots da goods in the form of high-resolution images from the runway show by real photographers with a real cameras!
The collection was really wild and really crazy and really a lot of fun! There were all sorts of bright colors, elaborate drapings and of course a plethora of various sets of Angel wings. My favorite look was the Leonardo da Vinci-inspired “flying machine” mechanical beetle outfit:
This look revealed fetishes in me I never even knew I had! (And a couple that I was well aware of already.):
Graph Paper – Yeah, when I was younger I stayed up late many-a-night rolling plastic polyhedrons in hopes that my +2 battle axe would inflict damage on a Slaad Lord.
Ancient, elegant machinery – Am I the only one with a subscription to “Old Watches and Astrolabes” magazine? Their swimsuit edition is AWESOME!
Hot model in lingerie – Yes, I am a dude.
Suspenders – They’re subtle, but they’re there!
Leonard da Vinci – No doubt, if the 16th century had People magazine, this dude would have been the Sexiest Man Alive! He’s like the Robert Pattinson for thinkers and artists.
Gloves – Admit it! It’s fun to watch a woman take off long gloves! They make naked hands seem naughty!
Animal print shoes – I’m not a big footwear guy, but animal print is animal print! Reeeawr!!

That is some serious lingerie fun! I’m going to try to round up some more images through different photo services and possibly add additional pages. Stay tuned!
