“Human Doll” Sarah Burge gave seven-year-old daughter Poppy plastic surgery gift certificates for the future

There are so many things going on with this story, it makes the brain whirl!

Sarah Burge is a 50-year-old U.K. lady who supplements her income from “organizing plastic surgery and swinging parties and writing erotic novels” with selling tabloids stories about herself and her four daughters. The latest headlines is a jaw-dropper that’s landed her a gig on Dr. Drew’s Lifechangers (her episode airs today after his Teen Mom update.) She gave her daughter Poppy a gift certificate (Sarah works for a plastic surgeon) for breast implants (or whatever plastic surgery she wants in the future, she can’t cash it in until she’s of age) for her seventh birthday as party of a “pamper party.” Last year she made headlines with Poppy for teaching her to dance around a stripper pole, and last June there were some headlines about this particular present, but she’s talking about this again to Closer Magazine and Dr. Drew.

Burge is a self-professed plastic surgery addict says she started her procedures in her twenties after a near-death domestic violence episode left her disfigured, with a broken jaw, eye socket, cheekbone and teeth (but as we talk about below, she got her very first plastic surgery when she was only 7.)

But she hasn’t stopped, and doesn’t plan to stop with the surgical procedures. She’s spent over $800,000, and had over 150 procedures done (still a lot less than Joan Rivers, but Joan still has almost 30 years on Sarah.) This year she’s planning a whole new roster of surgical procedures including a facelift, butt implants, and liposuction, and she’s going to have Poppy watch all the surgeries on video tape ‘I want Poppy to see what will happen.”

Maye watching her mom’s surgeries will scare Poppy out of cashing in her coupon! Burge has two other biological daughters Charlotte, 25, Hannah, 17 and step-daughter Jazzy, 17, who all get Botox treatments, and plan further plastic surgeries for themselves.

About the plastic surgery IOUs (Poppy also got a gift certificate for liposuction for Christmas,) Burge says

“Some people think it’s controversial and I get angry when strangers say I’m a bad mother because I don’t think there’s any harm in giving her this gift.

Poppy is a normal kid who is good at sports and loves playing outside. Girls don’t want Snow White and Cinderella any more.”

Plastic surgery isn’t always bad, but this is a truly sad situation. Hate to get on my soapbox, but young girls should be taught to value themselves for who they are, and find their own beauty instead of constantly looking for flaws and things to correct. We already do that too much anyway, but seems like an almost impossible thing to overcome when you’re moms handing you liposuction and breast implant certificates when you’re seven years old!

Interestingly enough, Sarah had her very first plastic surgery when she was only seven years old to pin back her ears because they stuck out. She was encouraged to do this by her own mother, thus beginning this cycle.

When Dr. Drew asked Poppy if she thought she was going to get plastic surgeries in the future, Poppy thought for a minute then said yes. She says that she’s happy about the gift certificates her mom gave her because when she’s 18 she might need them if she “looks weird or something.”
