16 and Pregnant‘s Izabella Tovar is expecting her second baby with fiancé Jairo.
“After weeks of contemplation we have finally decided to share this news. I AM PREGNANT,” she announced on Instagram with this seriously adorable shot of 3-year-old Henry. It reads, “I’m so cute my parents are having another in November 2014!”
Now 19, Izabella has proven to be one of the most level-headed of the 16 and Pregnant alums: She bravely shared a photo of her stretch marks last summer to prove pregnancy often means more than welcoming a baby. She started a blog where fellow teen moms can share their stories. And she recently finished her first year of of college — which she attended with a full-ride scholarship!

Still, she said she was concerned about the inevitable negative reactions to her pregnancy announcement.
“The reason it took me so long to share this is because I am not interested in hearing the negative feedback from negative people. But that is part of life and it is something I have learned cannot be avoided,” she said on Instagram. “Ever since Henry was born Jairo and I decided that we wanted our kids to be 4-5 years apart. Then in October of 2013 I was having complications with my IUD and it was taken out. Jairo and I then began talking about trying for another one. So, in February 2014 I became pregnant!”
Even though Izabella referenced waiting “so long” to share her pregnancy news, it was nothing compared to the first time around when she didn’t tell friends she was expecting until one month before baby Henry was born. This time, she said she’s excited to share her pregnancy journey.
“To those of you that support my family and me, I thank you,” she said. “I truly appreciate all the love and support I receive.”
