Jenelle Evans friend Tori Rhyne arrest for heroin

Jenelle Evans’ Teen Momtourage continues to keep those Carolina police busy! The latest incident involves Jenelle’s on-again, off-again BFF Victoria “Tori” Rhyne, who was arrested earlier this month and charged with felony heroin possession as well as misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tori was arrested in Wilmington, North Carolina on April 13. According to the online reports from the arrest, it appears as though Tori was with at least one other person in a vehicle when she was arrested. Here is the incident/investigation report from the arrest:

It is important to note that the charges listed above are all of the charges from the incident, and not all of the charges are not necessarily ones filed against Tori. As mentioned at the beginning of this post, the only two charges she appears to be facing are for felony heroin possession and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Here are the items listed under the “PROPERTY” section of the report, which seem to indicate there was a Ford Econoline van involved:

Victoria Tori Rhyne heroin arrest mug shot

Tori was not in custody long, and after she was released she was quickly defending herself on social media — including responses to folks commenting on her mug shot photo. “F**k it,” Tori tweeted yesterday. “Not everyone takes a good picture. And especially a mug shot. This is by far the worse picture of me everrrrrr. I will admit that.” She later added, “that mark on my forehead is from a piece of glass btw. Not a scab lol”

So what about the arrest? Tori responded to numerous tweets assuring everyone the heroin was not hers. She also pointed out that she was never charged with marijuana possession.

“All of y’all are wrong about my charges,” Tori tweeted. “Yes I got charged but no it wasn’t mine and yes it’s getting dismissed. Get ur facts straight first.” She emphasized that she does not do dope by tweeting: “If Virgin Mary had a bleached a**hole that’s how clean my arms and nose would be. #SayNoToDope.”

Those comments kicked off a Twitter conversation with a since-deleted account, but I think you can get the gist of what was being said from Tori’s responses:

well seeing how I only got charged because no one claimed it then I guess so. But sh!t happens

well I didn’t know my friends had it in the car lmao like they would tell me ? F**k no. Cause I would flip sh!t

I wasn’t I took a charge for someone so they wouldn’t get in trouble.

TWEETER: But you just said the cops knew it wasn’t your’s & the charges were getting dropped.

negative wasn’t event caught in the car. Lol it was two hours after being at home

TWEETER: so you took a heroin charge for a friend so they wouldn’t get in trouble?

hellllll no. No one claimed it so therefore we all got charged

And no, no one knows the people I was with. They’re anonymous. [ed. note: We know the identity of at least one person who was arrested with Tori, but have chosen not to include his name in the post.]

you don’t know the story behind that either. Lol he was blamed for that. But the people who actually did it took the charge

yeah my license were revoked from a DWI when I was 18. That’s why so try again lol

TWEETER: you literally just said you were talking the fall for a friend so they

yeah for the driving while license revoked not the heroin

TWEETER: [Shared the incident report above that lists a marijuana possession charge as well]

not my charges. I didn’t get caught with weed someone else did. I have my citation. I think I know what it has on it lol and I’m the one who got charged I think I wld kno

After trying to clarify what happened and exactly what charges she is facing, Tori went on to indicate that she is making some positive changes in her life. “If I really was on drugs and thought I was going to ruin my life I would tell someone and get help,” she tweeted. “But I’m absolutely fine and clean. Besides I’m moving to Charlotte to get a fresh start. Knowing no one, working and just stacking money.

“How many addicts do you know of that willingly ask for help?” one person responded. “Everyone knows you use drugs you were caught just admit it.”

“Im not an addict,” Tori responded. “If I was I deff wouldn’t be sitting here at home on Twitter. I would be out trying to get my next fix.”

Tori has posted numerous photos since her release, and on Instagram commenter wrote on one of them, “You don’t look like you are a junkie.” Tori responded by writing: “I’m not a junkie that’s why. I just got caught up with the wrong place at the wrong time. And yes my hair in my mugshot looked awful. Lol but that’s not a daily thing.”

If Tori follows through on relocating to Charlotte, then this could potentially mark the end of a very long and rocky relationship with Jenelle — one that has been marred with numerous incidents of drug use and violence.

Needless to say, it is believed that Tori is no longer living with Jenelle and is probably no longer helping her watch Kaiser.

    Who ..?

      Jenelle’s nanny.

      • Alisson Leech

        Basically! Lol.

  • Alexis Marija

anyone with one eye and half a brain can see those two were getting high on the most recent episodes of TM2. It’s hard to tell whether it’s heroin or weed but either way, they’re both stupid enough to get high on national TV, so both are bound to end up arrested and/or put in jail at some point (it’s only a matter of time…)

    • AshleyBlack

She couldn’t even hold a cigarette to light it. I agree she’s in something & I wouldn’t be surprised if it was heroin.

      • Kmarie

I think they should be drug tested to be on the show and fired if they fail..just like in the real working world.

        • Bruja

          Fan-phucking-tastic idea.

For those “in recovery”, that should also include alcohol testing. Be sober, or GTFO.

          • Kmarie

With MTV knowing and seeing what is going on as well as the public inthink they should do something about it. People have the right to protect children when they know their parent is doing drugs or there are drugs around them..thats what CPS is for and for all the times these bi**hes have been on drugs in front of the camera and still have custody or visitation with their kids is wrong. Noone is protecting these kids.

            • Bruja

              I 100% agree with you!

I have said it so many times, my fingers are numb… the fact that MTV films Leah high as shit with all 3 kids in the car (and texting on top of it) should make them liable for anything bad that should occur because of their negligence to report it. God forbid that stupid bitch crash, and those 3 kids (that are usually poorly fastened in their car seats) get hurt, or worse, killed.

Jenelle and her animal neglect that borders on abuse? Oh yeah, Leah joined in on that too. Amber and Matt “losing” a cat under the smallest of spaces the house? How the heck does that happen?! All of them not knowing WTF spaying/neutering is further chaps my hide.

long as MTV gets awesome ratings! They’ll continue to turn a blind eye. I truly hope it bites ’em right in the tuchas one day. Real hard.

              • Kmarie

Exactly. Leahs kids are rarely seen secure and i remember seeing Leah ride around with Jeremy with no car seat. You are also right about MTV being held responsible kinda like workmans comp and your company being responsible when you get hurt on the job. Maybe i will look further into it because it just doesnt sound right to me. Leah is so drugged up they have to take the baby out of her hands but i bet at the end of filming they left and the baby was left there with her.

                • Bruja

I know a person on another site I visited said they’d called CPS. I’m sure others have too. It just honestly boggles me to no end that there seriously seems to be a ‘no phucks given’ policy from MTV (and at this point, numerous CPS agencies, let alone, law enforcement, for people and animals as well- after all, it is on video that this stuff is occurring). This, from a network so concerned about teen pregnancy and prevention.. but I guess once the kids are here, screw ’em.

                  It’s very sad.

                  • Em

Problem is that CPS and all can’t do a lot to help those kids. From what I understand there is not a lot they can do when the child has a good house, bed, bath, food, education etc. Emotional well being is very hard to measure.
They actually say “when that kind of fighting and swearing is normal to the child, it’s a normal environment for the child”.
There are lots of laws protecting some of the bad parents and there are other laws that give CPS the authority to remove kids from homes were the kids are just fine too.
I guess the kids that slip through the system have to hope for an angel on their shoulder and good jobs with good insurance coverage later cause they’ll need a lot of counseling.
                    Really sad..

So strange that my friends nor myself have never been arrested cause we shared a car of spend time with someone who got caught with drugs. Might have something to do with the fact that we are not drug users.
Good for Whor* Tori to move away from druggy friends, like Jenelle and uncle bad touch.
I’ve read JE and Tori had a fight, after which Tori got fired as a nanny, cause Tori did not want to share her prescribed pills with JE. She was on some kind of relaxer and JE wanted her to give her some.

                    • Kmarie

We arent talking only about cussing and swearing we are talking about hard drug abuse like heroin and being so messed up on pills you fall asleep while holding an infant.

              • Kmarie

Leah has also been seen more than once with no seatbelt. They need to take these girls off that pose a big liability but who knows they probably signed something releasing them of all kinds of stuff thats why they let them act the way they do. Like you said its all for ratings and the all mighty dollar !!

                • Bruja

What is so crazy is Amber getting in the shitstorm she got into with Gary the Hutt, and he was big enough (lawdie, ain’t that the truth!?) to defend himself against her. These kids have no say, or defense, in getting into a car with a drug-addicted, actively on the nod, texting while driving, negligent POS like Leah. They are 100% innocent and complete and total victims of a system that is failing them right now. They should be with their father and Miranda forever, never having to look for, or worry about where their next meal is, or if they’ll even get it… let alone, if they’ll survive a trip to school with their pillses munching mommy from hell.

              • It’s me

I remember 1 episode of real world Hawaii when production got involved & because someone was driving drunk. They stopped her from driving.
They say they can only get involved if someone is endangering themselves or another. They SAID they had to get involved with Leah, they made her stop driving when they noticed the kids wherent in the booster seats or buckled in

                • Jeezy

*weren’t………..also is they cant get involved unless its endangering themselves or someone else then why do we not see them or hear about them getting involved.

          • It’s me

But then if there is no addiction issues the level of drama will go down which means ratings would go down. We cant have a ratings drop.
I heard some reality shows push alcohol on the people to get them drunk (not Teen Mom but the real housewives, bad girls club & etc.) even provide transportation to & from certain events (they have to if they provide alcohol)

            • Kmarie

They let these dumb a**es get on her to try and show other teens what its like to have a child at an early age and all the issues and struggles that come along with it but they dont show the teens consequences of stealing credit cards and using them, or doing heroin or smoking weed, or assulting people etc..there are other issues going on with these losers , primarily farrah, jenelle, and leah that they allow to be ahown on national t.v. but they dont want to fire them or have them face any consequences its all kinda contradicting in a way as long as MTV benefits from the bulls**t.

        • Em

That is a great idea. However, when every MTV employee would have to be drug tested before filming, MTV wouldn’t be able to film at least a tenth (up to 70%) of their cast on at least half of their shows.
That causes production problems and that costs money.
That won’t fly well with the bosses at “Money matters more MTV”.
You don’t have to kill people to destroy their life and the lives of the people around them.
Enablers are basically torturing people. Drugs are illegal but so is torturing felons nowadays.

    • Ness

What’s that expression…birds of a feather flock together.Your not hanging out with heroin addicts if your not doing it yourself.Sad.

  • jebuz

Dope fiends (any junky) … Will deny deny deny.

    • Kmarie

And what dope fiends leave their dope behind so if you have friends doing meth, heroin, anything like that you can bet your a** they have their s**t on them. She knew….if it wasnt hers she still knew someone had some…bet that.

  • blue9599

lol, just like the heroin Jenelle was caught with heroin that “wasn’t hers”.

    • Kmarie

Yep and jenelle has clearly been seen on heroin on the show pretty sure with keifer.

As Gomer Pyle says: Surprise, surprise, surprise!

  • It’s me

If i was on drugs inwould ask for help
Yes because thats what all addicts do ask for help. They made a show called intervention because every addict is always asking for help as soon as they get addicted. Thats why we hardly have any addicts in this world because they all ask for help.

I think her statement shows just how guilty she is.

  • Pattipandi

I can count on zero fingers the amount of people I hang out with who do heroin.
