Oprah managed to reduce another star to tears as she got Pharrell Williams’ waterworks flowing during an episode of Oprah Prime.
No – she didn’t sit on his trademark Vivienne Westwood hat, but she did show the 7-time Grammy winner a montage of people from around the globe enjoying his omnipresent hit “Happy.”
This is a great moment as Pharrell becomes overwhelmed by the visual of his art being a part of so many lives:
“It’s overwhelming because I love what I do and I just appreciate the fact that people have believed in me for so long that I could make it to this point,” Williams said through tears.
“I get it,” Winfrey said. “I really get it.”
