Lindsay Lohan after her NYC club fight arrest

Lindsay Lohan was arrested early this morning after allegedly punching a fellow nightclub patron in the face in New York City.

The scene was Club Avenue and law enforcement sources tell TMZ that Lohan got into an argument with another female club goer that eventually turned physical. Lindsay and this unidentified woman allegedly exchanged words as they sat in nearby booths.

Things are said to of escalated between the two and it ended up with Lohan punching the other woman in the left side of her face. When the cops arrived Lindsay had left as a passenger in another vehicle but police intercepted the ride and made an arrest.

UPDATE: The alleged victim on the wrong side of Lindsay’s fist has been tentatively identified as Tiffany Eve Mitchell. Mitchell did not require medical attention and was not charged with any crimes. Mitchell, her husband and another couple were seen leaving the 10th precinct around 7:15 AM. Here’s a photo of Tiffany Eve from this morning with what appears to be a slightly bruised face.

Alleged victim of Lindsay Lohan’s punch, Tiffany Eve Mitchell, appears to have a bruised face after the altercation.

I wonder how many NYC attorneys are trying to get a hold of Tiffany at this time?

Lindsay was booked for 3rd degree misdemeanor assault and was issued a desk ticket, which means she’s been scheduled to appear before a judge soon.

This latest event comes after it was revealed that Lohan will be charged for lying to cops after an accident in which she claimed she wasn’t driving. And ALL OF THIS has happened while she is on probation from that jewelry theft situation.

Add it all up and things aren’t looking good at all for the troubled actress.
