Troubled Teen Mom star Amber Portwood was taken into custody earlier today after a Madison County judge issued a warrant for her arrest stemming from a number of probation violations cited in a report last month. The mug shot photos of Amber above and below were taken as she was booked into the Madison County Jail and feature the 21-year-old wearing her bold black eyelashes and a pink and black striped shirt.

The booking photos are just the latest for Amber, who has had a long history of run-ins with the law. (Click for Amber’s previous mug shots) According to reports, these probation violations could mean up to two years behind bars if Amber is found guilty. She is scheduled to go before a judge on January 13.

i agree with ava. i honestly won’t be surprised if she takes her own life. she’s lost custody of her child and will be spending another christmas in jail. i can only imagine she’s feeling pretty low. i hope she won’t do that and turn her life around, but i just don’t think she knows how to.

I know on the checkup with Dr Drew, it looked like she had glued the eyelashes to the middle of her natural eyelashes. Girl needs to get a makeover! Both cosmetic and personality.

Is it just me or does she look pretty messed up in this picture? As in, under the influence of drugs…

  She got in a fight at an IHOP while drunk, which she was not suppose to drink, she never got her GED, and something else. Also they found pills at her house when they went to serve her with a warrant. I believe she’s on oxy’s. There’s no helping this girl, she doesn’t want help herself. To messed up in the head. You think after not being able to spend last christmas with your child would be a huge wake up call. Guess not. I live in Indianapolis, about 25 minutes from Anderson and I still wait for the day I see her in broad ripple or downtown.

i believe she is abusing the meds she has been given for her “bipolar”. klonopin is a very addictive drug is is often abused and misused, she uses that.
