On Bravo’s Real Housewives of New Jersey, all that’s old is new again… At least when it comes to Dina Manzo’s grand return to the series!
“The b**ch is back and you can kiss my a**,” Dina says in a newly released promo for the sixth season.
Unlike her first go on the show, Dina won’t appear alongside sister Carolina Manzo (who has her own Bravo spinoff coming later this year) or sister-in-law Jacqueline Laurita. Instead, Dina’s marriage problems with her never-seen estranged husband will be a main part of her story.
Another big focus in the upcoming season is Joe and Teresa Giucide’s well-publicized legal troubles. In one part of the promo, daughter Gia breaks down in tears, telling her mom she “obviously knows what’s going on.”
Melissa Gorga, Teresa’s sister-in-law, will also return. Cousin Kathy Wakile was downgraded to a series regular, rather than a full-blown Housewife. The other half of the cast is entirely new…
Teresa Aprea (left) owns award-winning restaurants in Little Italy with her husband, Rino. They initially wed in 1991, but divorced and spent 11 years apart before remarrying in 2010. They have an 18-year-old son, Giovanni.
Nicole Mauriello (center) is Teresa’s twin sister and best friend. A single mother to Joey, 14, and Anthony, 16, Nicole recently began a new career as a private aviation specialist.
Amber Marchese (right) is one of Melissa Gorga’s closest friends. With her husband James, Amber has two children and two step-children. She battled breast cancer when her kids were young, but has been in remission for five years. She’s now pursuing an acting career.
The sixth season of RHONJ will premiere on Bravo on Sunday, July 13 at 8/7c.
