True Blood’s Rutina Wesley wears a hand-painted Douglas Hannant dress at 2010 Emmy Awards

True Blood’s Rutina Welsey is wearing a hand-painted Douglas Hannant gown paired with Louboutins at the 2010 Emmy Awards at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles.

Wesley is making good use of the sexy slit and deserves props for going with a daring design in a sea of navy and dark colors, but this almost steps over the line of looking too much like it was hand-painted. The first impression wasn’t good, but it grows on you. Is this is a fashion must or a fashion bust?
