They should change the name of the show from Real Housewives to Real Estate, because Housewives in every city seem to be up in their necks in foreclosures, short sales, and loan modifications. They bought the house, address 3 Pointe Ci, Ladera Ranch, CA 92694, in 2005 for about $$1.3 million. They made $400,000 in upgrades, and the house is now listed at redfin.com for $1.15 million. Check out all the fancy (or not) rooms. I actually like some of the dark colors in the house, it’s better than beige (like the outside.) The saltwater pools pretty cool too, but none of this nonsense is fun when you’re living beyond your means.
