Real Housewives of Beverly Hills arch rivals Kyle Richards and Camille Grammer had a little fun with photographers last night as they posed for pictures on the red carpet at Bravo Media’s 2011 Upfront Presentation at The Roosevelt Hotel Hollywood, California. The two ladies took some awkward pictures together at Perez Hilton’s birthday bash last week, but they seemed a lot more at ease at the Upfront, going so far as to make light of their infamous falling out when Kyle pretended to choke Camille.
