PHOTOS – Lady GaGa’s sparkly orbital Armani 2010 Grammy red carpet dress

Lady GaGa lived up to herself at the 2010 Grammy Awards red carpet, showing up in a glittery orbital dress that exposes most of her legs, which were encased in sparkly tights that turned into Dr. Seuss-shaped platform heels. GaGa accessorized with a pointy chandelier, and wore the comic-book yellow extensions she’s been featuring lately accented with dark, bold makeup. The darkly colored eyebrows and outlined eyes further the comic book look. This crowd-stunner was reportedly a collaboration between her fashion house (Haus of GaGa) and Georgio Armani.

Just a few minutes after she was seen in this out-of-this-world look, she’d changed into a glittery green number with nuclear-sized shoulder pads for her fabulous duet with Sir Elton John. Watch that performance HERE.
