Kim Kardashian is without a doubt the best thing to happen to sidewalks since Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean” video. That woman can turn a series of cracked slabs of colorless concrete encrusted with decade-old gum, canine territorial markings, and takeout menu tumbleweeds into a golden pathway to the Wizard of Oz himself! I always imagine that wherever Kim Kardashian walks, little shy giggling men come out of the bushes and serenade her with choruses from “Lollipop Guild” and The Commodores’ “Brick House.” (At least I know that’s what I would do.)
Reality television’s Dorothy was photographed yesterday Ozifying the sidewalks of Beverly Hills, apparently having completed two-thirds of her trek to see the Wizard because she has already met up with her scarecrow companion Jonathan Cheban and Cowardly Lion Cheech Marin. (No, that’s not actually Cheech Marin. Or at least I don’t think it is.)
Anyways, thank you Miss Judy Gardashian for brightening my Thursday morning and reminding me that there is indeed magic in the world.
