Lindsay Lohan wanted for all the wrong reasons again
The LAPD is currently investigating Lindsay Lohan as a suspect in a case involving the theft of over $100,000 worth of sunglasses and watches from a Hollywood Hills home. She’s ALSO wanted for questioning by Santa Monica detectives in regards to her automobile accident last June to determine if she was lying to the police or not.
We all like a handsome man in uniform but this is the wrong way to get their attention LiLo!
Since we’re talkin’ bout Lindsay, let’s break this one down into 2 geographical segments. First up is LA:
LOS ANGELES:
Lindsay’s troubles in the City of Angels involves the disappearance of many items of value from the home of Mr. Sam Magid. About a week ago Sam called up the cops and reported a jewelry theft. It turns out that an ankle-monitoring-free Lindsay had been at said residence frequently including at least one known all night party according to sources with TMZ.
According to LA authorities, Lohan and her assistant Gavin Doyle are both suspects but here’s where this part of the story gets strange… Apparently Magid recanted his story and is now claiming nothing was lifted from the premises (like my bad po-po). But wait! Authorities aren’t closing out the case because they think they’ve got witnesses who are willing to identify Lindsay and Gavin as the thieves of the property the dude is now saying was never stolen. Say whah!?!
If you’ll recall, or have tried to forget (I understand), Lindsay is on probation for that necklace situation at a Venice jewelry store. Let’s slide on over to the coast shall we?
Santa Monica:
Detectives over in Santa Monica want to have a little face time with Lindsay in regards to the accident a while back in which the car she was in decided to go ahead and ram the rear end of a semi on the PCH. According to TMZ she told the cops that she wasn’t the driver but they are convinced that was a lie and want to ask her about it.
Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Holley has been stonewalling both of the investigations as best she can but once again things aren’t looking all so hot for Lindsay.
In summary, we’ve got possible theft and lying to the cops lingering over someone who is already on probation and has a criminal history. Heck, even in LA County this might get a gal at least 2-3 days in jail.
