Jimmy Fallon welcomes 2nd baby daughter with wife Nancy Juvonen
Jimmy Fallon shocked fans earlier today when it was revealed he and wife Nancy Juvonen welcomed their second child, a daughter, via surrogacy. “The couple opted to keep their baby joy to themselves until their new daughter made her official debut,” said the proud parents’ rep in a statement to People.
“Frances Cole Fallon officially entered the world at 8:45 a.m. on Dec. 3, weighing 5 lbs., 11 oz. and is 18.5 inches long,” the statement adds. “Their new addition joins big sister, Winnie Rose, [16 months]. The couple opted to keep their baby joy to themselves until their new daughter made her official debut. Both Fallon babies were born via surrogate.”
In case you missed it, Jimmy and Nancy have been very open about their fertility struggles, which lasted five years and eventually led them to the use of surrogacy.
Congratulations to Jimmy and Nancy! I am assuming fans will get to see a confirmation (and maybe a newborn photo?!?) from Jimmy this evening on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
