Jerseylicious’ Mike Aktari dead at 28, ex Olivia Blois Sharpe reacts

Former Jerseylicious star Mark Aktari has died at the age of 28. According to reports, he passed away on Monday in the Long Island village of Westbury.

From TMZ:

Law enforcement sources tell us Mike died Monday in his hometown of Westbury on Long Island. We’re told the cause of death is pending toxicology, but cops don’t believe there was any foul play.

Mark played a pivotal role on the Style Network’s (now Esquire) reality series Jerseylicious as he was the boyfriend of one of the show’s stars, makeup artist Olivia Blois Sharpe, and an ex of one of the show’s other stars, stylist Tracy DiMarco. Needless to say, the love triangle was a source for much of the drama on the show.

Olivia took to Instagram to react to the passing of Mike with photos and words expressing her love for Maike (aka Milad) and her grief over his death:

“One of my favorite photos of Mike and I❤️” Olivia captioned the picture above. “Our time here is so valuable and limited. If there is someone who has a part of your heart, no matter what has transpired in the past, no matter what the situation might be..LET THEM KNOW how much they mean to you. Milad takes a piece of my heart with him.”

She also shared this photo collage caption:

My heart has never hurt this hard. I wouldn't trade those three years we spent together for the world. You showed me never ending love and loyalty. You accepted me as my crazy goofy self and loved it. You looked at me the way no one ever has. You had the most wonderful heart. I wish I made more of an attempt to get together to catch up when you asked. I'll always love you Milad❤️

A younger sibling of Mike’s also shared a photo on Instagram and wrote these words for big brother Mike:

Thank you for teaching me what it means to be a complete weirdo and for always finding the humor in everything. I’ve made up approximately 5 new languages that make 0 sense.

Low key going to miss being forced to take photos of your back muscles for 30 minutes so you can show them off on social media.

You were the best older brother anyone could ever ask for.

I know you’ve found the peace you so desperately wanted all these years and that you’ll always be watching over me. I love you always and forever.
