Frank Ocean wrote “Wise Man” for Quentin Tarantino’s new movie Django Unchained, but while the director loved the song, he said he couldn’t find a way to fit it into the film and didn’t want to just throw it in there awkwardly. So Frank released the song himself, and it’s pretty amazing.

In the previews for Quentin Tarantino’s latest film Django Unchained, a western-themed work set in America’s south during slavery, the lead character Django, portrayed by Jamie Foxx, announces coyly that “the d is silent” in the pronunciation of his name.
