Autopsy reveals Cory Monteith died of heroin and alcohol
The British Columbia Coroners Service announced a short time ago that the autopsy and toxicological analysis performed on Glee star Cory Monteith indicate that the 31-year-old actor died from a “mixed drug toxicity, involving heroin and alcohol.” Although officials didn’t clearly state that drugs were found in Cory’s hotel room at the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in Vancouver where his body was found on Saturday, they seemed to suggest that was the case by revealing, “There was evidence in the room that was consistent of a drug overdose.”
