After a few weeks of speculation, former Bachelorette contestant Arie Luyendyk Jr. revealed he isn’t the next Bachelor — while providing a passive-aggressive hint about who will be the center of two-dozen women’s attention.

That is, quite obviously, a reference to Iowa farmer Chris Soules, who was sent home by Bachelorette Andi Dorfman after the hometown dates. Us Weekly confirms Chris is the new Bachelor.
Neither Chris nor ABC has addressed the report yet, but decision isn’t likely to cause much controversy among fans: During the live finale show, audience members chanted Chris’ name when the topic of the next Bachelor was discussed.
