Did Justin Bieber impregnate a fan the first time he had sex?

This is one of those things that can’t be believed until Maury confirms it, but is also crazy enough to be true. A 20-year-old lady named Mariah Yeater was invited backstage to meet Justin Bieber last October, and from her accounts, he then promptly impregnated her.

Yeater is filing a lawsuit under the threat of perjury, and in it she gives some interesting deets. From the lawsuit, via RadarOnline:

After Justin allegedly asked Mariah to go with him to a private area after a period of kissing, Mariah says she agreed to go with him and on the walk to the private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time. After walking away from the other people backstage, Justin Bieber found a place where we could be alone — a bathroom.

“We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically. He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to f*ck the sh*t out of me. I asked him to put on a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to. In his own words, he said that because it was his first time and he wanted to feel everything.”

And more details:

“He was on top of me with my legs around him. At the time I was on top of some type of shelf. The sexual intercourse itself was brief, lastingly only approximately 30 seconds.”

Mariah says she wants child support for her three-month-old baby.

Bieber’s reps deny this crazy story up-and-down, but they haven’t read the lawsuit. Here’s their statement to Radar: “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”

What do you think? Is The Biebs a daddy (after 30 seconds on his first time), or is this woman seeking to purger herself for fame and attention? Just to be fair, some of those Beliebers almost get pregnant just by listening to an album, much less attending a concert, forget going backstage. If you go backstage, you’re walking out with a fertilized egg.

As one of our commenters pointed out, if anything about this story IS true, then Mariah Yeater is basically admitting to committing statutory rape. Under California law, that would be a misdemeanor because they are less than three years apart (called the Romeo and Juliet law.)
