A judge granted Danielle Staub’s request for a temporary restraining order to stop her former boyfriend Stephen Zalewski from releasing a sexually explicit videotape and images of her. State Superior Court Judge Thomas F. Brogan also ordered Zalewski to produce all copies of the video and pictures of Staub, and he set a hearing for July 21.

Of course it had to be – The controversial former stripper from The Real Housewives of New Jersey reportedly has a sex tape being shopped around. The only surprising thing about it is the source – I assumed it would be yet another skeleton from Danielle Staub’s (Beverly Merrill’s) seedy past, but the one offering up the tape is none other than her “boyfriend” from the show, Steve Zalewski.
In an exclusive interview with Star Magazine, the 27-year-old Zalewski reveals he has videos of Danielle getting her naughty on with him and by herself, claiming the 46-year-old cougar was one sex-crazed kitten:
“Not only does she want to have sex all the time, but she loves the thrill of doing it in public places, where she might get caught,” he says.
“She wanted to make love in restaurant bathrooms basically every time we went out — she’d get all excited and say, ‘The people can hear you doing it outside!’”
Steve also says Danielle borrowed lots of money from him and explains his motivation to sell the tapes, “I’m definitely weighing my options as far as selling them and getting them out there. She cost me so much money, why shouldn’t I make a few dollars?”
