Lifetime is getting in on the after show game, and they are starting with one of their most popular reality series, Little Women: LA!
Entertainment Tonight broke the story, revealing that comedian (and reality show superfan) Michelle Collins will host the Tuesday night show, but they had very little in the way of details. “Little Talk Live will be a weekly pop-culture recap show featuring the little ladies of L.A., along with host Michelle Collins,” ET reports.
Michelle responded to the announcement on Twitter, and she hinted that Little Women: LA was just the first of many Lifetime shows to be featured, including Married At First Sight! “Starting on Tuesday night, my dream of being on @Lifetime comes true!!” a very excited Michelle tweeted. “Starting with Little Women LA & Married at First Sight (MY FAVORITE).”
The former co-host of The View later expounded on her excitement on Instagram, but held back on talking much about potential other shows:
Exciting news! Starting this Tuesday night, I’ll be hosting a weekly live aftershow on @LIFETIMETV 😲! Beginning this week with the lovely ladies of Little Women LA (whom, if you recall, I once went to Hawaii with long story.) Also thanks to @entertainmenttonight for saying “a little bit bigger” #subtleshade instead of the truth which is “6’1 in flats bigger.” The irony is not lost on me people and I’m beyond excited to be a part of the franchise & this network. So tune in on Tuesday night for a brand new #littlewomenla followed by our aftershow hosted by me & my sprained ankle & fun guests!! xoxoxoox
Hosting an after show is nothing new for Michelle as she is host of ABC’s Bachelor In Paradise: After Paradise.
Little Women: LA currently airs Tuesday nights at 9/8c on Lifetime, and Little Talk Live is set to premiere on April 11 — I assume at 10/9c.
