There’s yet another Duggar in the world!
Jessa Duggar Seewald and her husband Ben welcomed their second child, a son, this morning.
The couple told People:
“We are so happy to announce the arrival of our sweet second son. He was born at 4:26 a.m. this morning, weighing 8 lbs. and 11 oz., and measuring 21 3/4 in. long. Mom and baby are both doing well. We are so thankful to God for this precious new gift of life and are excited to be a family of four! Thanks to everyone for your prayers and well wishes!”
The Counting On stars’ first child, Spurgeon, was born on November 5, 2015.
The family shared candid photos with TLC from the baby shower that was held in honor of Jessa’s second son. Instead of receiving gifts, the daughter of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar asked that guests help put together care packages that went to women at a local non-profit called Loving Choices.
In a previous statement the couple said, “Having Spurgeon has been such a wonderful blessing, and we cannot wait to see the face of this sweet new baby.”
