Naya Rivera isn’t pulling any punches as she expressed her relief over no longer being in a relationship with former Glee costar Mark Salling.

The 29-year-old actress got way candid in her newly released memoir “Sorry Not Sorry: Dreams, Mistakes and Growing Up.”

In the following excerpt from the book, Rivera details how grateful she is that her romance with actor Mark Salling, who was indicted on charges of receiving and possessing child pornography, ended:

“I can’t say I was totally shocked, but still–WTF? My son’s nanny actually told me about it when the story broke. Then I had no doubt that God really did have my back along the way. When Mark dumped me, I thought it was the worst thing ever, but can you imagine if that didn’t happen? And I was laying there in bed when the battering ram came through the door?I think everyone should have that one relationship where you look back and ask yourself, ‘What the hell was I thinking?’ You’ll learn something and you won’t regret it. Unless, of course, that relationship was with someone who had a sizable stash of child porn on his computer. Then, by all means, regret everything.

Naya and Mark broke up in 2010 but continued to work together on the FOX hit musical.

In another anecdote about a former famous relationship, Naya talked about finding Ariana Grande in her home with her former fiancé Big Sean. “We’d been fighting for five straight days while he was traveling, and then on the one day that he was back in L.A., he said he didn’t want to see me. Guess what little girl is sitting cross-legged on the couch listening to music? It rhymes with Smariana Schmande.”
