It looks as though The Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson is doing like all the rest of us and quickly forgetting her ex, Brooks Ayers. The Bravo OG was photographed out and about on a “date night” in Scottsdale, Arizona over the weekend with a dapper feller named Jack. So who is this rugged new ten-gallon-topped mystery cowboy?
His full name appears to be Jack Losey, and unlike Brooks Ayers, Jack looks to have a very legitimate job. According to his Facebook profile, Jack is a Superintendent at Big-D Construction, a 48-year-old construction company with an annual average revenue of well over $600 million.
According to online records, Jack is 63 and currently lives in Scottsdale. He was originally from right around LaSalle, Illinois where he was raised on a farm just west of the tiny town of Cherry.
As far as Jack and Vicki’s night out, it was officially described by Jack as a “date night” in his caption to this Instagram photo where he looks to be locking lips with Vicki:
“Date night one …success,” wrote Jack.
Vicki got into the cowboy spirit in her snakeskin top and even her own cowgirl hat! “She looks damn good in a hat!!” Jack accurately captioned the photo at the top of this post.
Meanwhile, Vicki shared a topless photo (as in nothing on the top of her head) and wrote, “Last night in Scottsdale. Thanks Jack for dinner and dancing at our favorite place. #tripisending, #allworknoplayisboring.” Here’s the snap:
Vicki also shared this next photo in which she and Jack look to be having quite the joyous woo-hootenanny:
And just in case you were curious, Jack and Vicki’s boot-stompin’ good time took place at Scottsdale’s famous HandlebarJ restaurant and saloon.
After posting the photos online, of course Vicki got some criticism from the commenters. She took the time to respond to one in particular:
COMMENTER: Why don’t you focus on yourself for a change. Why do you have to have a man in your life. Stand up on your own 2-feet for a change!!! If you ever love yourself the second half will come……..quit forcing it.
VICKI: I have stood on my own 2 feet my entire life! I am not forcing anything! I had a great time tonight and shame on you for insinuating I need to sit home alone. Life is short and is meant to be enjoyed, laughed and shared. It’s been over 6 months since we broke up and I’m ready to enjoy life again. Take care and stop being so judgemental
SAME COMMENTER: Plus….you lied through and through for a man. Discover who you are if you go that far for a man. Take a break for a change.
VICKI: You have no idea what you are talking about
On a more positive note, one Instagram commenter wrote: “A new man? Hope so u r so deserving of love and someone treating u like a princess.” Vicki simply replied: “I’m ready.” She tells another positive responder, “I’m finally feeling happy again. Been a tough rough 2015.”

And in case you were wondering, one commenter asked Vicki if Jack’s sons are single and she replied: “Yes.”
Hopefully we will all get to meet Jack on the next season of The Real Housewives of Orange County — he looks like a real hoot! (PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let him randomly run into Brooks on camera and end up throwing a beer in Brooks’ face!) (Does that make me a bad person?)
Congratulations to Vicki! I was never a fan of Brooks, so it feels nice to once again be able to root for her love tank to overflow. đ
