VIDEOS “Kim G” Granatell on Joe & Teresa Giudice: “Of course they’re guilty”

Kim G Granatell

With all of Joe and Teresa Giudice’s headline-grabbing legal issues over the last few days (i.e. 39 counts of fraud and tax evasion) you had to assume that “Kim G” Granatell wouldn’t be able to hold back for very long on offering up her thoughts — and that’s exactly what she did in a series of video interviews with CelebrityMagnet.com’s Tom Murro!

In this first clip, Kim talks about the fraud charges specifically. I’ll include a transcript of the conversation for those unable to see the video due to work restrictions or phone capabilities:

Tom Murro: Here we are again, talking about Teresa.

Kim Granatell: Oh God, I thought she was out of my life for good.

Tom: So, uh, did you hear what happened yesterday?

Kim: Yeah, I did hear.

Tom: What are your thoughts on it?

Kim: Finally! There’s a God! Thank God it happened! It’s been a long time to come.

Tom: 39 counts of stuff.

Kim: How do you go that far and not get caught? As [attorney Monica Chacon] said, “catch me if you can.”

Tom: Do you think they’re guilty?

Kim: What do you think Tom? Of course they’re guilty. I mean, they’ve been watching them a long time, and they were brought down because they were flashing all kinds of cash, acting like big shots on TV. Well you know what? As Monica said to me, she said, “They would have gone quietly if they hadn’t done that.” But because they did that, Monica went to the attorneys and said, “You gotta watch these people! You gotta see what they’re doing!” You know what, because she just had that whole thing with her client, Joe Mastropole, and he won the case, and the next thing you know, they filed bankruptcy because they didn’t want to pay. He fraudulently signed that man’s name! So, it was going to happen — just a matter of time. But look how long it took.

Kim is talking about a lawsuit filed against Joe Giudice in which he was ordered to pay former business partner Joe Mastropole $260,000 after Giudice allegedly forged Mastropole’s “signature on a mortgage document and then spun a ‘web of lies’ in order to take out another loan and pocket $1 million,” according to the report by Radar Online. “Suggesting Joe had a ‘lack of credibility’,” the site adds, “Judge Stern also ordered the house husband — who along with Teresa are almost $11 million in debt — to pay back the money despite their legal claim for bankruptcy protection.”

Here are the rest of the brief interview clips with the transcripts under each:

Kim: I feel bad for the children, but then again, I don’t because she knew what she was doing and so did he. Live your life simple. If you can’t have certain things, you can’t have ’em. It;s not the end of the world. Look what happened. It all came down on them. They got what they deserved. There’s a lot of people that are happy that it happened to them, because they ruined a lot of lives and a lot of businesses.

Tom: So if Teresa does go to prison, what kind of job do you think she should have?

Kim: Oh my God. I hope I see her out on Route 208 picking up trash with the big van and all the people coming out, and they got the little sticks and they’re picking up the garbage. [laughs] In an orange jumpsuit! I will roll down my window and say, “Hey honey!”

Tom: Toot the horn as you go by?

Kim: Yeah, I’ll go, “Hey Teresa! Go girl!”

Tom: So what did you hear about their appearance today in Newark?

Kim: Well, I heard her mother was pushing people, but that doesn’t surprise me because her mother pushed me one time! I was in The Brownstone and we were filming. After the cameras were down, she comes after me out of nowhere and starts pushing me, OK? i should have knocked her down the stairs. But I’m a lady, unlike her.
