Rock veteran Jon Bon Jovi is speaking out for the first time about his 19-year-old daughter’s recent overdose on heroin and subsequent arrest.

Bon Jovi said:
“What I do for a living seems glitzy and glamorous but if you don’t take it too seriously it’s a great way to make a living. And then life goes on. Things happen.
He added:
This tragedy was something that I had to face too so we’ll get through it. And people’s warm wishes for my family and I have been really reassuring. So, we’re good”
Bon Jovi’s oldest daughter, Stephanie Rose Bongiovi, had all charges dropped and is currently recovering from the frightening event that occurred at Hamilton College in upstate New York.
