It’s been a loooong time since we’ve heard from Teresa Giudice. The reality TV star, entrepreneur, and mom of four was a constant fixture on social media before going to prison earlier this year. Not surprisingly, the only communication we’ve gotten from Teresa has been through her family or attorney. Even though we got a chance to see how Teresa looks behind bars, we haven’t heard from her… until now!
Yesterday evening, Teresa tweeted a message of appreciation to her fans:
Thank you everyone for all of the cards, letters, and kind words of support I love, love, love you all xo T!

I’m not sure about the amenities in prison, but I have to wonder how exactly Teresa managed to tweet. Are there computers she can use? If so, why wait until now to communicate with her fans? Perhaps someone tweeted for her?
Either way, fans of the Jersey girl are happy to know she’s doing well and have responded with messages of love, support, and encouragement while she finishes her prison sentence.
In April, Teresa’s lawyer cleared up rumors about her release, saying, “Teresa will leave the prison on December 23 and go home and sleep in her own bed.” He went on to clarify that Teresa will be under house arrest until February of 2016.
