TEFLOHAN Lindsay Lohan wins lawsuit, will not have to testify about miscarriage
Documents reveal that Lindsay Lohan has scored a victory in her lawsuit against a clothing company leaving her $150,000 richer and freeing her from the possibility of having to testify about her miscarriage.
Teflohan’s clothing company 6126 reached a settlement with D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries. Lindsay filed suit against the company last year for $1.1 million alleging that they failed to pay up after using the 6126 label for international clothing sales.
D.N.A.M. countersued arguing that Lindsay’s tarnished rep made it D.A.M.N. near impossible to sell the goods.
The settlement ends both lawsuits and terminates D.N.A.M.’s demands that Lohan testify about her miscarriage – which she had listed as a reason for not responding to their legal filing.
