Khloe Kardashian has joined the ranks of celebrities who have taped a PSA to condemn bullying in the wake of recent teen gay suicides throughout America. With Khloe’s confession there is a special twist in that she singled out blogger Perez Hilton as her worst tormentor right after Hilton publicly announced that he would change his bullying ways! On top of this, it was Perez who asked her to film the PSA inthe first place. See the video and hear what Khloe had to say about Perez’s bullying ways.
