Snake Salvation’s Pastor Jamie Coots obituary, memorial page and funeral details

Pastor Jamie Coots with his granddaughter Sydney Grace

As we reported yesterday, Snake Salvation star Pastor Jamie Coots died Saturday night after being bitten by a rattlesnake during a church service and later refusing medical treatment from paramedics at his Middlesboro, Kentucky home. Pastor Coots’ obituary, as well as details about his funeral, are included below, but first I wanted to share a Facebook post made by friends and family revealing that this 42-year-old father of two did not have insurance with information on where you can send donations to help out his family.

Brother Jamie did not have any insurance. Donations for his burial and his family can be mailed to: Linda Coots P.O. Box 2362 Middlesboro, Ky 40965 or Creech Funeral Home – Linda Coots 112 S 21st St, Middlesboro, KY 40965 (606) 248-4700. If you can not make a donation, Please, keep Bro. Jamie’s family, friends and church in your prayers. Please, do not send cash. We are looking into a gofundme account also. Please, share this with your family and friends.

Jamie’s son “Little Cody” Coots posted this message on his father’s Facebook profile earlier today:
