REPORT Justin Bieber’s criminal vandalism charges for egging attack are imminent

Bieber-Egggate-3

Justin Bieber may be (mostly) off the hook with the Miami Beach Police Department, but sources report his egging antics will earn him an official criminal vandalism charge in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, the L.A. District Attorney believes seized surveillance videos prove Justin orchestrated the egging attack on his neighbor’s home — although they said the same thing way back in February and no charges have been filed until this point. The case was supposedly held up by differing opinions on the charges. Today’s decision will likely come from “the highest level.”

It’s unclear whether Justin will be charged with a misdemeanor or felony for his role in the egg-sault. However, it sure sounds like Justin should call for his ace East Coast lawyers to fly out to L.A… The D.A. reportedly told the homeowner/victim, “If we don’t charge him with a felony we ruin precedent for every other felony case we want to charge.”

In the January egging of his neighbor’s mansion, Justin & Co. allegedly caused upwards of $20,000 in damage.
