Raven-Symone, star of That’s So Raven, subtly revealed today that she is gay by tweeting her support for the newly effective marriage laws in Rhode Island and Minnesota.

She later clarified to E Online that she’s not exactly planning on getting married right now, but she’s glad to know that she can.
“I am very happy that gay marriage is opening up around the country and is being accepted,” Raven said. “I was excited to hear today that more states legalized gay marriage. I, however am not currently getting married, but it is great to know I can now, should I wish to.”
There has long been speculation about the former child star’s sexuality, but she’s never directly commented.
“My sexual orientation is mine, and the person I’m datings to know. I’m not one for a public display of my life,” she wrote on Twitter in response to a National Enquirer story last year. “However that is my right as a HUMAN BEing whether straight or gay. To tell or not to tell. As long as I’m not harming anyone.”
At the time, National Enquirer reported Raven was dating former America’s Next Top Model contestant AzMarie Livingston. We’re not sure whether that’s currently the case… We’re just thrilled Raven feels comfortable enough to reveal a bit more about herself!
