Nicole Richie was rear-ended this afternoon by a paparazzo driving without a license. TMZ is reporting that Nicole’s kids were not in the car with her, but did have an adult male passenger with her.
As far as Nichole’s condition, TMZ says:
Sources on scene say Richie is claiming she’s in pain, but will not go to the E.R. — instead she told authorities she will see her own private doctors.
Nicole Richie’s husband Joel Madden rushed to the scene and was seen consoling his shaken wife. Fame Pictures reports Nicole and a friend left the scene and went to Cedars Sinai Hospital for precautionary measures.
The photographer was arrested and will has been cited for the misdemeanor charge of driving without a license. The paparazzi member’s car has been impounded.
