I think we know what the first topic of conversation will be on the Ridiculousness Season 7 premiere as Rob Dyrdek and Steelo Brim are going to have a field day with their co-star Chanel West Coast after she was arrested at a Los Angeles club last night for reportedly getting into a fight with another woman before then kicking and punching the arresting officer and declaring, “I’ve been on TV for 17 seasons.”
According to TMZ, Chanel got into it with another woman inside the club and was bounced. Once outside, Chanel began to fight with club security. Someone placed her under citizen’s arrest and when the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies arrived, Chanel continued to lash out by reportedly kicking an officer.
Perhaps the officer was a fan of Ridiculousness (or just attractive women) because he reportedly was still willing to let Chanel go — and then she punched him. “I told you you could go home after you kicked me and then you punched me! I tried to let you go home…it’s too late now,” he can clearly be heard telling Chanel in TMZ’s video of the arrest. (Something tells me if that had been Steelo doing the same thing the outcome would have been a lot different — just sayin’!)
Chanel was cuffed and stuffed into a police cruiser (above) and later booked on a misdemeanor battery charges.
According to online records, Chanel West Coast (real name Chelsea Chanel Dudley) was arrested at 12:30AM Wednesday morning and booked at the West Hollywood station at 1:00AM. She is being held on $500 bail, so I assume Chanel will be out some time today, if she isn’t already.
Here is the arrest record:
So far, a Chanel West Coast mug shot photo has not surfaced, but for those hungry to see one, here is our best guess as to what it will look like:
No doubt Chanel’s arrest will inspire its own Ridiculousness category, so I thought I’d put together some category recommendations:

UPDATE – Chanel has since been released and she has taken to Twitter to express her outrage at how she was treated and claiming that she was a victim of police brutality! Click here for what she had to say and to see photos of her injuries.
