We don’t cover Pretty Little Liars enough on this site, and that’s sad because it’s actually a really good show for what it is: a teen mystery soap. But the acting and scripts are well done, the characters are developed, the styling is terrific, and the mystery element is titillatingly executed. Not only that, but it does delve a little deep into the complexities, and different types, of deception. It’s a guilty pleasure you don’t have to feel tooo guilty about.
Not only did Pretty Little Liars (based on the best selling teen book series by Sara Shepard) win the Choice TV Show: Drama slot, but Lucy Hale (Aria) and Ian Harding (Mr. Fitz) scored in the Choice Female and Male TV Actor: Drama, and Troian Bellisario (Spencer) won Choice Summer TV Star: Female!
Shay Mitchell (Emily) and Ashley Benson (Hanna) are also pictured, and awesome even if they didn’t score individual wins.
