Lauren Conrad said her wedding to William Tell couldn’t have been more perfect.
“I don’t know that I have ever been as happy as I was walking down that aisle,” Lauren, 28, gushed to Us Weekly. “It was amazing!”
For the California coastline wedding, The Hills star tied together old (vintage hankies) and new (her couture gown) to create a “rustic chic” vibe.
People reports the former MTV star had nine bridesmaids, including Lo Bosworth. The ladies all wore dresses from Lauren’s own Paper Crown fashion line.
“I sent them all the different shapes and let them pick from two colors. I don’t mind if there are a few girls in the same dress, or if people are all in different ones,” Lauren told Martha Stewart Weddings in August. “It’s too difficult to take a group of girls and put them in the same color and silhouette; everyone has their own style.”
It’s unclear who designed Lauren’s own dress, which appears to have a vintage silhouette and embellishments — similar to Rosa Clara sheath she raved about this summer.
“This has a slinky feel. She’s getting married in a fabulous place, with lots of Champagne. I’d style it with a vintage brooch in my hair,” Lauren previously said of the dress. (Lauren did wear a vintage brooch in her hair!)
Former costars Stephen Coletti and Frankie Delgado were among those in attendance for the vineyard wedding. Upon arrival, all the guests were given custom bottles of wine. They were later invited to a special brunch with the newlyweds on Sunday morning.
Before the nuptials, Lauren said she wanted to make it an enjoyable experience for all of her guests: “I think that weddings are about celebrating, and you want everyone to feel comfortable.”
