Actor John Travolta will be waving the checkered flag at the Australian Formula One Grand Prix at the Albert Park Circuit on March 27, 2010. But, prior to his arrival at the track, the world’s second most famous Scientologist took time to pose for photographers at the Melbourne airport wearing a pilot’s uniform and escorting two spindle-legged models dressed as film noir flight attendants.

No, JT and his Thigh-anetics gals weren’t filming the movie “Saturday Night Femur,” the Qantas Airlines ambassador was just taking the opportunity to promote the national airline of Australia before preparing for his duties as the official checkered flag waver for the race.

Travolta sounded excited to have been invited to the Australian Formula One Grand Prix, saying “I’ve been to the Indy 500 and to Europe for a couple of Formula One races, but I haven’t been here and I hear it’s one of the best shows around – I’m looking forward to it.”
