Kelly and Brandon got married last October with an ultra low-key (albeit extraordinarily gorgeous) wedding. Kelly confirmed they were expecting the following month.
On a semi-selfish level, I’m excited Kelly’s having a girl. The first American Idol winner has definitely been through the ringer in terms of body criticism and seems to have emerged on top — like when she joked before revealing her pregnancy that she “can’t wait to have a reason” when people call her fat. You just know Kelly will try her hardest to help this little girl to feel good about herself!
